Charlie specializes in Commercial Real Estate sales and services. He is actively pursuing the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation to better serve his clients. Charlie has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Tennessee Tech University and spent 20 years working in the engineering/manufacturing field. He has worked in nuclear, textile, and battery manufacturing industries and was the manager of the Engineering/Machinery Department for MUTEC. Charlie is also a past small business owner and understands the issues associated with business ownership. Charlie is active in St. Paul United Methodist Church where he has been a member of the administrative board and served on commitees such as evangelism (past chair) staff/parish and missions. Charlie has taught 5th & 6th grade Sunday School and is past president of his adult Sunday School Class. Charlie has volunteered in areas such as United Methodist Core of Relief Habitat for Humanity Cub Scouts and Peach Little League.
