How much does the course cost?

The pre-license course cost is $387 for either the CD-Rom or Internet based version.Post-license and continuing education courses range in price.

What's the difference between the CD-Rom and the Internet?

Nothing. The CD-Rom once installed must be used on the computer you installed it on. With the Internet version, you can do it from any computer that has an Internet connection.

How long does the course take to complete?

It is up to you. Once you purchase the course, you have 6 months to complete it, but it does not necessarily take that long to do. It all depends on how much time you have to devote to the course. Some can do it in two months, others take the entire six months to complete.

Do I have to take a test?

YES! There is a final exam once you have completed the course. The final exam is given at Kennon, Parker, Duncan & Key Realtors and needs to be scheduled at least 3 days in advance. The final exam is a preliminary exam for the state exam. Once you have passed the course final examination, YOU will need to contact Applied Measurement Professionals (AMP) to schedule your state exam.

What if I fail the final?

You have 2 chances to take the final exam, if you fail both then you have to repurchase the course for $75 and take the course again.

Can I preview the course before I purchase it?

Yes you can! We offer an online demonstration so you can preview the format of the course and decide if its right for you.
